Delete Your Account & Data
We provide full transparency and control over your personal data and account deletion.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your chats, contacts, media, channels, and cloud session keys will be immediately and irreversibly erased.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and all associated data within the app at any time:
- Open PingMe on your phone or web browser (anypings.com).
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap on Account & Security → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account, messages, encryption tokens, and cloud profile will be permanently purged immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to your device, you can request manual account deletion by emailing our support team with your registered username or phone/email identifier:

Requests submitted via email are verified and processed within 24–48 hours.
