PingMe ("we", "our", "us") is dedicated to protecting user communication privacy and personal data. We design our messaging platform (available at anypings.com and native client apps) with data minimization and security at its core.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information required to deliver real-time communication services:

• Account Information: Your display name, chosen username, and email address / phone identifier used for authentication.
• Messages & Media: Text messages, photos, audio recordings, videos, and documents sent through the service are stored strictly to deliver them to intended recipients and sync across your registered devices.
• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens (FCM / APNs) to deliver alerts when new messages or calls arrive.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic metrics to ensure app stability and server uptime.

3. How We Protect Your Data

All communication between your devices and our servers is secured using modern industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Ephemeral Ghost sessions and Disappearing Messages automatically purge message records from our systems upon timer expiration or session conclusion.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or message content to advertisers. We do not use third-party tracking or behavioral advertising SDKs.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may at any time:

• Update your profile information and username history in app Settings.
• Clear chat history and delete messages for all participants.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated messages, contacts, and media directly from the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or online at anypings.com/delete-account.
