By creating an account or using PingMe through anypings.com or our client applications (Android, iOS, Windows, Linux), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

PingMe is designed for constructive, private, and group communication. You agree not to use the service to:

• Transmit spam, malware, phishing attempts, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or threaten other users.
• Violate intellectual property rights or applicable local and international laws.

4. Channel & Group Moderation

Administrators of public channels and groups are responsible for moderating their communities. Users can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time using the in-app reporting tools.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious activity that threatens platform security or user safety.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
